Even before I joined Fujiseiki, I was also involved in work related to manufacturing.
After joining, I realized something interesting.…
When I was a student, I worked at a convenience store, where I was responsible for displaying finished products like onigiri and sushi rolls.
Now, I’m in a position where I actually make products.
Looking back, I feel that my life has been connected through onigiri.

We assemble products while exchanging ideas with the design and procedure manual teams to help develop better products.
【Training Partner Companies】
We provide product assembly training to partner companies. Through this experience, I’ve realized that ‘teaching others’is more challenging than doing the work myself. This role allows me to build relationships not only within the company but also with external partners.
[Repair and Maintenance at Customer Sites]
I visit customers who use Fujiseiki products to perform machine repairs and maintenance. I feel a strong sense of accomplishment when I successfully troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Communication within my department is smooth, and it is also easy to collaborate with other departments.
When launching new models, cooperation across multiple departments enables us to establish a system for mass production.
