Talent Development
Talent Development at Fujiseiki
With the goal of becoming the world’s No. 1 food machinery manufacturer,
we fully support each employee’s ambition to grow through our comprehensive development programs.
At Fujiseiki, we believe that employee growth is the driving force behind our company. To support this, we offer a wide range of training and development programs.
We provide learning opportunities tailored to each role, including “Sales Training (Machinery Training)”—which enables even those from non-technical backgrounds to acquire maintenance skills, and “External Training (External Seminars and Workshops)” designed to enhance management capabilities. In addition, we support employees in obtaining certification through our “Skill Enhancement Program,” under which the company covers costs regardless of the field of study. We also offer overseas training in Hawaii to help cultivate a global perspective. Through these initiatives, we aim to expand each employee’s potential and support the development of strong and sustainable career paths.
