From my childhood to the present day, whether it is rice balls, bento boxes, or sushi enjoyed with my family, “food” has always been a part of my life, and is associated with many memories.
I first learned about Fujiseiki during my job search, and I was truly surprised to realize that a part of my daily life is supported by Fujiseiki’s technology.
I had never even considered how convenience store onigiri or the rice used in conveyor-belt sushi restaurants are actually made.

Fujiseiki handles a wide range of food processing machinery, and convenience store onigiri, in particular, is something many people have experienced.
I decided to join the company because I wanted to be part of the effort to support the lives of people I may never meet through “food.”

I edit data so that parts used in machinery can be manufactured at our factory.
Fujiseiki is a company that handles everything from machinery design to parts manufacturing to assembly, sales, and after-sales maintenance.
For this reason, I use CAD to prepare parts data so that components can be produced using in-house equipment.

Although this is a field I did not study at university, I have come to truly enjoy manufacturing thanks to the guidance of my colleagues.
Parts manufacturing cannot succeed without effective communication between those who prepare the data and those on the production floor.
By consulting with the production team and learning every day, I continue to deepen my understanding of manufacturing and find great fulfillment in creating parts data.

This is a company that supports and encourages a strong desire to learn.
Since I had no prior experience in manufacturing, I joined my current department with zero knowledge, However, my colleagues taught me everything from the very beginning. and I am still truly grateful for their support.

Because the company allows me to learn what I want and actively encourages learning, it’s an environment where you can discover your interests and take on new challenges, even in an unfamiliar industry.

Going forward, I want to explore how to redesign part shapes so they can be manufactured through more efficient processes, and take on the challenge of modifying part designs to reduce production time on the shop floor, even if only slightly.

Reducing production time allows us to manufacture parts more quickly and in greater volume without compromising quality.

By producing a larger number of high-quality parts for use in machinery, I hope to contribute to delivering better food experiences to more people.
