A Challenge to Support
the World’s Food Supply
Through Technology
I want to contribute to society through manufacturing in my hometown
I was born and raised in Fukuoka Prefecture.
I once left my hometown to work outside the prefecture, but I ultimately realized that I wanted to return and work locally. I also wanted to make use of my experience from my previous job in the manufacturing field.
I decided to join Fujiseiki because I believed I could contribute to society through high-quality manufacturing while working in this region that I am deeply attached to.
A Job Where I Take Responsibility for Everything from Design to Operation
In the development of new models, I am in charge of electrical circuit design as well as software design using PLCs and other systems.
In addition to ensuring that the machines operate according to specifications, I strive to build equipment that customers can use with confidence.
I am involved in the entire process—from design to seeing the machines run smoothly at the customer’s site—and I find it deeply rewarding when customers are satisfied with the results.
An Open Corporate Culture
Departments are closely connected, making it easy to consult with colleagues from other departments.
When a new model is launched, people from different departments come together to share their insights and advice.
With the support of colleagues across departments, I was able to successfully complete the machine.
Promoting Automation in the Food Industry, Supporting the World’s Food Supply
In the food industry, where automation is often considered difficult, I aim to leverage our company’s strengths to achieve automation by introducing machines tailored to each customer’s specific needs.
Additionally, my goal is to support the world’s food supply by developing new technologies and creating high-performance machines that address social issues such as labor shortages and food waste.
