“Straight-Rolled Rice Balls” Square-Fold Packaging Line: Proposal for Reducing Labor by 2 People
We will automate two positions involved in the production of “direct-wrapped rice balls”: the filling of ingredients and the loading of rice balls into the corner-folding packaging machine. Additionally, by introducing a label inspection device into the line, the burden of product inspection on box-packing workers will be reduced, allowing them to concurrently perform tasks such as loading rice into the lift and replenishing ingredients in the filling device.
