Reduction in broken rice rate
The metering chamber and auxiliary roller system allows for low-density feeding without compressing the rice.
The use of slatted shutters also reduced the broken rice rate by 9%.

Volume has increased by 26% compared to previous versions.
The result is a sheet with well-defined grains and plenty of air,
just like when scooped up with a rice paddle.
Furthermore, the rice sheets ①, ②, and ③ are uniformly soft throughout, with no variation in firmness.
In the case of sheet ①, it is up to 30% softer than that produced by conventional machines.

How well it blends with the ingredients
The ingredients fit snugly between the fluffy grains of rice, creating a more harmonious blend of rice and toppings.
This also reduces the risk of the ingredients falling out.

Wide range of rice widths and thicknesses
The width and thickness of the rice sheet can be freely adjusted to accommodate various types and quantities of fillings (such as paste-based, solid, or sliced ingredients). The minimum rice sheet width ranges from 60 mm to 80 mm.
Narrowing the rice sheet width deepens the filling cavity, reducing the likelihood of fillings spilling out.
Conversely, widening the rice sheet width prevents fillings from spilling over the edges.
Examples of our products include: (1) “Filling-Packed Onigiri,” featuring a thin layer of rice with plenty of fillings, and (2) “Mega Onigiri,” featuring a thick layer of rice with plenty of fillings.
