Benefits of Implementation

Reduce Labor with Automatic Transport of Heavy Trays!

Automatic Transport of Finished Trays
Automates the transport of filled trays to reduce manual labor. No special installation work is required, and the system can tow your existing carts as they are.

Flexibly Change Transport Routes!

Change Routes by Replacing Tape
The system travels along black lines detected by an optical camera. Vinyl tape can also be used. Travel data can be generated on a PC.

Integration with Production Lines!

A Unique Strength of Our Company!
This system can be integrated with our hand-wrapped and machine-wrapped onigiri alignment lines, helping reduce labor requirements and improve productivity.

High Safety Standards!

Automatic Stop Upon Detecting Danger
Sensors detect obstacles within the work area and trigger an emergency stop. The system is designed to withstand contact and impact, ensuring a high level of safety.

Operating Cycle (Example)

01
Transportation of Finished Products
When a tray containing finished products is placed at the finished goods station, the AGV detects it and transports it automatically. Multiple AGVs can operate simultaneously.
02
Unloading in the Sorting Room
Trays containing finished products are transported to the sorting room and automatically unloaded in the designated area.
03
Charging Station
After completing a transport task, the AGV automatically recharges when its battery level is low. It can transport either empty trays or finished products as needed.
04
Empty Tray Transport
Empty trays replenished at the empty tray station are automatically transported to the designated line after the finished product station confirms their availability.

A wide range of options tailored to each cycle!

01
Finished Tray Station
After the AGV detaches from the finished-product trays, a pusher mechanism pushes the trays out for discharge. The system can discharge 3–4 sets of stacked trays.
02
Finished Product Discharge Station
This is the designated station where trays loaded with boxed finished products are placed. Once a tray is detected by the sensor, a retrieval command is automatically sent to the nearest AGV.
03
Charging Station
The AGVs are automatically charged wirelessly each time they are waiting for operation instructions. *Equipped with lithium-ion batteries
04
Empty Tray Station
Empty trays are stored in an orderly arrangement. The AGVs retrieve trays on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis and transport them to designated locations according to the priorities specified in the transport instructions.
